If it is sending error codes (like above) the mb is not likely bad.

The led pattern (The system and Disk LED flash at the same time, and then Disk twice.) is what is sent if the os is damaged, missing or not compatable (from a different snap). This also apears on a blank drives. It's a fail safe mode where the os can be factory loaded.

Remember that the snap should be the same model. If you install it in a different model, it's possiable the snap will init the drive if it does not reconise the file structure, erasing everything on it.

If you checked the drive by any other means than reading the smart data with the mfg utility, you may have changed the MBR and file structure. In turn killing any Snap OS.
