If you own a unit that is still in the support window, updates are available to you from Adaptec. You must be registered, and in some cases, sending an email to them will get you a link. This all depends on several things. 1. What mood they are in. 2. Weather they want to help you without a support contract.

If you email them, do it in a tone that is friendly, not negative or mad.
