You need to use Digital Dolly and copy the Boot Trackes FIRST. You will need 30meg of the first trackes to load on a new drive. Make sure you do this first or you will be hunting for the image files. The instructions on replace the drive is in the FAQ's. And DD instructions are in the WIKI section of the forum.
