If the Snapmanager can see the 2200 it can configure it. Beside if you set the IP to DHCP it can always be setup with any browser. May have to look at the log to find what IP address it has. Or do a reserved IP and have the DHCP controller set it to what ever IP address you want. That way it will not be moving around on you.
