It's been a while since I have power cycled my 2200. You should have a Link led solid along with the System led blinking (normal heart beat). Drive 3 I asume is the 1 x 2 led pattern, which also means NO OS, awaiting for OS load.

Without the boot tracks your dead in the water. You may try a recovery program and see if you can recover the OS.

Some users have found the boot images on BT, but I have no clue which one. It contains copyrighted material and can not legally be distributed.
