Drive 4 has a different starting point than the rest. This causes all kind of problems. It has also been replaced at one time (120gig, not 100gig).

What revision MB is this? Check the Sticky at the top of the threads on 4100's. This will also cause all kinds of problem.

dd meant that it could read the data but does not do any repair. Spinrite can repair stuff if it finds things. Your problem is what Spinrite can repair, inode. Since you have copied all drives to new ones, run spinrite on your copys preserving the originals.
