Snaps if they have repaired things can take over 1 hr to come on line, if no panic. So if no panic give it some time. Looking at the last log did not see the panic after reset to factory.

You need to run it on all disk not just one. Run the maintance mode on all disk. ALL it takes is one marker to be off on 1 drive to kill the array.

Looking through the log, I'm unable to determine which drive the inode is on.
