First can you access the 2200 normally? if so connect ti the share proir to mapping.

If you do not have any share created, you must do so prior to mapping a drive. It will not allow you to slect the entire 2200. Is the 2200 on a different subnet?

Is your MS workgroup the same as what the snap is? Once changed. You need to reboot the snap. Then reboot the pc after the snap is up.
