OK, is your key the correct length? 15-32
use only std ascii keys.

Disable the UPS in the snap,
clear all values.
reboot.
reconnect enter admin & key
re-enable it.
And see if it comes on line.

How did you enter the key? type or paste?

Ok, what OS versiion are you running on the 4500?

What firmware version is the APC on.
