v2 must be done through Assist. You will be prompted to put the unit into FLUP. Done the same way as a reset but 5 blinks. Make sure you have your screen saver not set and make sure you keep the browser on the progress page and do not allow it to time out. If it does backup to the orig page soon as possiable. If you are on the wrong page when the snap try to updat the progress it will fail.

If you have a Win98 use it other wise XP should work. Use IE not FF for this one.
