It sounds like it has been reset to factory. What verison of Assist are you using? 802, 803, v4 they called it different names at times.

That or the sub net is not in your subnet. I would follow the instructions in the wiki and FAQ's and rest the snaps Network settings only. You can reset all, will not hurt, either way will require Assist to do the initial setup. If I recall v3 assist still worked on v4 os.
