There are several newer version of Assist. Contact Adaptec on a email request and they generally provide a link where you can download it.

The newer SnapServer Manager that ships with the Guardian OS Units will also work.

Updated info:
Doing a full reset will not damage or change and of the drive configuration. It only clears the IP, admin PW, and Language sets. Sometines it takes several trys to clear it. Make sure you use the procedure in the FAQ's or wiki. There has been a procedure floating around on the www that is not correct.
