Have you confirmed the PS is good... Dead motherboard..... I have a 1100 here right now that has the similar problem and it drops the net connection. There are fuses on the MB. They look like wire loops, 4 in a row, about 3/16" wide and 1/2" tall. Located just above the screw hole, next to the power supply jack.
