If you reset the snap to factory, the IP is 0.0.0.0 . Assist is a program that Snap wrote to look for there hardware and allow you to set the IP address for your network. Once the IP is set you can login to the admin page and start the setup.

Contact Adaptec's email support and kindly request a copy of Assist. Tell them the unit was reset and need it to do the initial setup. They have 2 version PC & Mac. They should send you a link for download.

Or if you have a larger guardian OS unit, the utility SnapServerManger will work too.
