Like you I don't see the problem on my 4500. Was just wondering if there is a way to have the user send and exit cmd whe they quit. Or is the problem that users are not loging out corectly? Like turning off pc and not shutting the FTP connection down.

If you familiar with linux, connect to the shell. And see if you can find the ftp user cfg files. The Guardian OS is built on Redhat Enterprise Linux. There is an online user manual, you can search. There should be a configuration file in the /etc directory.
