I'm not sure what you are tring to do. If you tring to create a image file, you must use a drive image program. DO NOT INSTALL IN A WINDOWS PC and BOOT Windows. If you ALLOW IT TO TRY TO MOUNT IT, YOU WILL LOOSE EVERY THING.

Some early 1000 had OS in flashram. Most do not.
