Well that tells me you have a bad MB or power supply jack. With maybe the switch being bad on the MB. If you remove the mb so you have access to the bottom of it, you can jumper the pins that make it start up. This will tell you either the sw is bad or something else on the MB. There are also fuses (block) on the MB too, one may be blown.
