The link you refer to is for the SnapOS not the Guardian OS. But the fix should be the same once you locate the config file.

I Use putty to snoop but you have to use the debug cmd line utility to do anything. It works, you just have to give full path with all cmds to make sure it executes the cmd where you want it. If you have a backup of the ACL, try re loading it.

If you have Adaptec support, hammer them till they give you a solution. There stds line is to do a clean install. NOT the RIGHT ANSWER.
