So look to see if this reset matches what you did. There have been reports around years back of a procedure that was not corret so verify against the one on this site.

Once you have figured out what you have done and need more help let us know. Adaptec/Overland use to give out assist on email request. Since Overland purchased Snap Appliance from Adaptec I do not know if they changed there policy.
