I would try a couple of things. First and foremost BACKUP YOUR DATA.

I would take the time and run SpinRite on all of the HD's. To run Spinrite you will need to remove the HD ( number them, so you can put them back in the correct order) to test to a pc. Spinrite runs at the controller level so it will not cause any problem related to file structure, except repair damage. Runing at the controller level it does not inturpet data like most HD utilities do not cause problems. This will make sure you do not have a HD generating the error.

I would power down and re-seat the ram.

If that does not do it I would re load the OS using the recovery console.

The error to me indicates a hardware problem the reason for testing the HD and re-seating the ram. I think you may have a bad ram chip, but these steps need to be done to eliminate the other hardware.
