If you let windows do any thing at all to the HD you just messed up the boot section of the SnapOS. It has a file structure that NOTHING but another snap can read. If you used it where you only accessed it at the controller level, you should be ok provided it did not correct the MBR.

If you preformed a reset you must use Assist to do the initial setup.
