Try "co de small XXXXXX 10000" Where XXXXX is the size you want. 10000 is the 1st HD and 10010 for the second. You can do both like this "co de small 10000 10010", this will do both drives in a 2000.

I have never used this cmd so I do not know how it will work. Most MFG have a utility to adjust the size. May try that if the snap cmd does not work.
