Are you using the correct reset procedure? http://wiki.procooling.com/index.php/Snap_Server_Resets

Are you doing a full reset or just Network?

Do you know which OS version your at? Use a Win98 or 2k Win OS PC.

Do you know what subnet the 1100 was setup for from the other office? If so try setting up a router with that subnet and use the GUI to change it.
