You would need to disable AV, Snapshots, Backup, and any other service running. Break/delete the raid 5. You can have no reference to any HD's .
Power down by gui
remove drives 2-4
install new one in to Drive 2 position.
boot the 4200. Watch the LED's on drive 2. they will lite for about 10-30 sec while the OS is being transfered. Normally less than 10 min.
power down once the OS has been transfered.
remove drive 1
move drive 2 to slot 1
boot the server.
once up and running you can now hot swap the remaining drives. (2-4)
