You are have a HD problem. One of the LED's on the front panel should indicate which drive. Look through the log files and see if it indictes which HD is bad.

I would recommend running SpinRite on all of the HDs. It does require you to remove the HD and install in a PC (With NO Other HD Installed). Spinrite can do a lot of repairs. If a Windows OS sees the snap hd it you wll loose all data on it, the reason for removing all HD's except the one being tested.
