As a seller of the panaflo models shown on allelectronics and mpja, it must be noted that they are L models, not L1A. I have a few hundred of these L models and can safely say that the 3rd pin does NOT put out an RPM monitoring signal.

I've only tested this briefly, but I'm pretty sure.

Just a heads up.
