I hear ya on the cleaning part, although when I shake the Heater core, there are some metal bits in the bottom tank. I assume it is either solder or some brass bits, either way I will let it be.
As far as windage, I am going to use 2 - 24v Comair Rotron 235cfm Major DC fans, sucking through the radiator. I am building a custom rheo to tame the beasts...
