Here's another pic of the Bosch pump:

Pretty similar to the Jabsco, really.

As far as lifetime goes: don't take it too literally. StepBack uses a Jabsco and he's known them to last a lot longer than that. Still, the Bosch sounds very good for the price.

Still, the Johnson CM10P7-1 and CM30P7-1 both have brushless magnetic motors too, so there's another alternative.
