Default 4100 FTP problems

Hey guys, we are going through our old backup servers. They were used and decommission before i started working at this company. Right now i'm trying to connect to the 4100 with my ftp client and i get this error

[R] LIST -al
[R] 450 Requested file action not taken. Inexistent file or no access rights.
[R] LIST
[R] 450 Data transfer not implemented for client default data port. Need 'PORT' command first.
[R] List Error

And then it just displays an empty folder. I can connect with explorer and it lists the folders properly. Has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it? Thanks for your time

Software Version: 3.1.618
Hardware Verstion: 2.2.1

Default Re: 4100 FTP problems

Since you are behind firewall try Active mode.

If you do not have proper user access it will generate this message too.
