Default Large Disk Support For Snap 1000

Guys,

Aquired a snap 1000 and have managed to use DD to use a 40gb laptop drive - this isnt ideal as the drive is slow as hell and would like to use a large ide drive.....

How can i find out what version of software i have and where would i find the files to upgrade it?

Cheers

You are at v2.3.417 , so you will need to upgrade for hd >137gig.

There was 2 version of the 1000. One stores the OS in flashram the other does not.

One can be access the admin page with out a hd installed.

Did you download the 860 patch or a full version.
On a 1000 I would try to run v3.4.803/5 , unless had to have MS AD support.
