I have a Snap 2000 server that works fine, but I want to upgrade the OS.
I cannot find my CD with the Snap! Assist software, and Adaptec does not have this posted anywhere! If someone could email it to me, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks! |

Assist is not need to upgrade the SnapOS if you are at v3. Can be done from the web interface.

Hello:
I'm new to this. I just got an old Snap Appliance Server 1000. My question is every time I click on the Administrator link via the web browser it prompts me for a user name and password. I don't know what it is. Is there a default? I've tried to enter nothing and got nowhere. I've entered just a any username without password and got nothing either. How can I get around this? Or am I doing something wrong. Thanks, bitor |
