I tried two email addresses, a PM and three phone numbers for Douglas and have had no luck reaching him. Does anyone have a way of contacting him?
Have a couple orphaned drives in my 4000 RAID 5 array and doubt I can get it back myself. |

He caught up with me - was away for awhile. I am hoping that he will be able to get me up and going again.

Wow! that's cool to know. I also use a data recovery tool because I have plenty of files to keep and protect. So far, I am not having problems with the one I am using.

Data recovery is very handy tool. I also use one of the data recovery service. It protect our precious data and keeps our important documents safe.
