Hi all,
I have Snap 2200. The other day, I restarted the server and the map drive that connected to the Snap has been lost. So basically, I can't back up anymore. The thing is someone who has built up the system has left the post, so I am kind of having difficulty sorting out the problem. So I was wondering how I can reconnect to the Snap so that I can reschedule the backup. * I am able to get into Snap from IE with IP. I suspect that the previous IT guy must have connected to SNAP using .bat file, but I am not 100% certain. I would really appreciate if someone can help me onto this. Thanks in advance! |

Apparently you were able to find it. So the IP address is know. Can you log in?
Are you backing up the snap or a work station? If you are using XP use connect to Network share and enter http://ipaddress of the server. Should be prompted for user id and password. Do you know the Admin Password ? If not, look in the wiki section for reset options.
