Default Snap server520 has issues

Hello

The company I company I work for has a snap server 520 and it ha some issues.

1) its a 520 but it thinks its a 550
2)the netvault snap extension is not working
3) the CA software will not allow me to login

So I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how to install the gaurdian os from scratch?

Os version is 4.49

I can login into the web interface for the snap server

Thank in advance

Vaughn

There is a thread on the AV.... In most cases a window pops up behind the main screen and is lost.

Have no experience with NetVault.

As far installing the OS from scratch will wipe all data. You will need to revolk the recovery console using the nopivot cmd to do a clean install.
