Hello
The company I company I work for has a snap server 520 and it ha some issues. 1) its a 520 but it thinks its a 550 2)the netvault snap extension is not working 3) the CA software will not allow me to login So I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how to install the gaurdian os from scratch? Os version is 4.49 I can login into the web interface for the snap server Thank in advance Vaughn |

There is a thread on the AV.... In most cases a window pops up behind the main screen and is lost.
Have no experience with NetVault. As far installing the OS from scratch will wipe all data. You will need to revolk the recovery console using the nopivot cmd to do a clean install.

I'm not to familar with linux Could you/someone possible tell me how to revoke the recovery console? i.e what command lines i need to use? Thanks Vaughn |
