4100 - max disks

We have an old 4100 - 4 x 60gb maxtor disks and were thinking of increasing the capacity. We are aware of the 137GB limit - but what speed disks can one use?

The existing are only 5400rpm and run fairly cool - if we put faster/bigger disks in we will have coling problems? What size do others use?

It can handle the 7200 rpm drives, but read the sticky pretaining to MB revision. Some units can not take larger drives.
