They look a lot like some condensor coils I've seen (especially in hotel window (big ass units, right below the window)) condensor coils that look like that...

Tin can modems are slow!!!
I bet I could find some of those laying around my yard. But I need to modfiy these raditors I have in my yard that look like Danger Dan Cooling Cube. Looks like they came off car A/C units but are smaller and compact compared to the ones I'm used to.
