Nope... but it would be really easy to stick them in some of the empty holes above the standard mobo connectors...

I think you can just splice the wires to make them longer.
I was gonna put them in an empty drive bay, but my USB is fooking messed up. |

I just hacked up a 3.5" drive plate and put my spare USB ports from my A7V in it.. Turned out rather nice.
