Default Palm style + PDA cell phone in one... any suggestions?

I have realized that a palm pilot style device + cell phone combo would be very handy right now in life. Does anyone know off the top of their mind some cool devices? The Visor Phone is too bulky for me . However, I am pretty keen on this now samsung that has a color screen and is not too big. Well lmk if this is your field of interest.

Now if only it had GPS and a radar detector built into it, it would be perfect!
