Just wondering if there is any sort of agreement on which blower to get. Something that can be found on-line. Will run off 12v most likely, using a chevette heater core right now, but I would like to fit something bigger into my case.
What about a shroud for the blower? Only real reason being: If the blower's "tunnel" is only say 5" square, that would of course allow air to move through all the fins of the heater core.

Cathar's succesfully tried an AC blower, for which he custom built a box. That's the route I'd have to recomend.
I opted for a DC blower, from a Ford Mustang: the shroud is still under construction (see sig), but it should be possible to re-use the one that comes with the blower. |
