Black Ice - Ice Box
Here's the chiller house. I took a project box from radio shack and dremeled it up so it is just a little bit larger than the chiller blocks itself. It has screws on the top so I can just bolt the thing shut. I still need to drill 4 holes for the hoses actually. I'm gonna wrap the chiller up in neoprene and then fill the box up w/ expanding foam. In order for chillers to be effective, they need to be well insulated. This thing will be amounted above the radiator.

Where will the chiller be placed in the cooling loop? and are you using that to cool a peltier even lower? or just a copper block?

The chiller is two extra long waterblocks (in the picture that doesn't work... i'm workin' on getting an image hoster). It can hold 3x40mm pelts. I'll have 3 50w pelts in between the two. The hotside is cooled by the big momma. the cold side flows to the proc, chip, and vid where there is a 120w pelt waiting for it. Assuming all goes well (which it never does for me w/ computers
