Default Is the Swiftec MCP-600 pump able to run under water?

I'd like to be able to put it into a bucket of water while filling/bleeding my system, but i don't know if it can run that way like the eheim.. anyone?

Im pretty sure its not submersible, If the electronics in the back are not sealed then dunking it in water would cause a nice light show.
