Thermochill 120.3 screw heads and mounting fans ?

Hi guys my Thermochill 120.3 radiators arrived today from Dangerden.com. They came with 3x packs of screws labelled 120.1. Each pack had 10 screws, 8 nylon nuts, 4 black shroud screws and a spare bleed screw and washer.

Problem is the 10 screws in each of the 3 packs for each Thermochill 120.3 i ordered, their screw heads are very tiny hexagon shaped! Can't see why they couldn't use normal shaped screw heads ? As shown in pictures at http://www.themodfathers.jolt.co.uk/...n=show&id=6204

Anyway, how am I suppose to mount the 120x38mm panaflo or delta fans on the shroud ? For one thing i had a multi changeable head screw driver kit but even the smallest hex shaped driver is too large to use on those 10 screws!

What's the nylon nut for ?

Any help is much appreciated

eva, I didn't use the supplied screws... use regular fan screws. They are flat topped and work perfectly. Place the fan on the shroud and you screw it in from the backside of the shroud. Maybe the pic below will help? Each shroud is individual, just mount each fan to each shroud with regular fan screws, much better solution.

thanks they must of changed the fan mounting process from that of what modfathers review explained

Seems I figured out how to mount them, I had to use the 10 screws and put then through the underside of the shroud first before mounting the shroud, then place fan on top over the protruding screws, then use the white nylon nut to firmly secure the fan to the shroud. I had to go to hardware store and get a 1/16" allen key (sooo small!) to use on those 10 screws.
