Default formating hard drive KR7 Raid

I just received my Kr7-Raid board. I have two 41g IBM deskstars and tried setting them up in raid O when I try to format the drive it does not recognize drive C or any other drive. I then cleared CMOS and just hooked one drive to IDE 1 still the same thing wont recognize any drive. What am I doing wrong???

I can only presume you have formatted them in fat32.

just pull them out and put them into your current comp, if they are recognised in a program like partition magic then you know it isn't the drives.

At the start of the windows installer, you should be able to format the disks through that, but you will need to press F6 to install your raid controller disks
