Default Is it ok to have a tear in the fins of a Rad?

Hey guys, i just got my DTek heatercore in today and there's a slight tear in some of the fins? is this ok? i'm going to try to take pictures to show you how deep it goes, but it's only about 3 or 4mm deep. Thanks! i've tried to take pictures, but since the rad is silver it doesn't help much. i'll cont. to take them though.

Just the fins? Not the tubes? Shouldn't be a problem, then.
