Mine shipped on Wednesday from Frozen CPU. Gotta love these guys. Since Ive lived here in Spain its ridiculous trying to order parts in Europe, its hit or miss. Ive actually only had one company from Germany get my parts to me in a reasonable amount of time. Ive placed 4 orders from Frozen in the past month and all of them get to me within 4-5 days, faster than any company in Europe outside of Spain. If I was still residing in the US I would place all my orders with em.

Customs is hit or miss in Spain so sometimes I do and sometimes I dont, yea go figure, but it seems that the best saying is "Size does Matter". If it is a bigger package it will most assuredly get snagged by customs for VAT and Duties, if it is something small it almost always bypasses any VAT or Duties. Delivery is by USPS Global Express and shipping depends on the size, they have a shipping calculator on their website.
