Default Custom Water Cooling Setup Help Please

Okay, I've posted numerous posts about different parts of a custom watercooling setup that I'm trying to put together. I need to gather as much information as possible before I go ahead and really do anything. I'll post all my questions in this one post and hopefully there will be people who can help me along the way.

What I'm trying to do:

1. Make a water chiller using 8 peltiers in a 2x4 setup
2. Design a custom copper waterblock that will fit the 8 peltiers with the best channel design for the most amount of efficiency.
3. Find information about water flow and turbulence and if anyone knows if there is some type of water flow simulation program out there.
4. What wattage would be best for this setup
5. Find out what average temperature that the block would be getting from the CPU.
6. Figure out how much water should the block hold and how high should the copper block be.
7. Also find out how thick the bottom of the block should be, the part that contacts the hot side of the peltiers.

I'm figuring that I already have the measurements for the length and width of the block so I wouldn't need that.

I hope I've been clear enough on what I'm trying to achieve and that someone can help me with some info or point me in the right direction.

Also wanted to say, please don't tell me that the best way is to just stick the pelt on the CPU and quit trying this. It's been proven to work and there is a retail unit out there this works VERY well. I think my design will be a little bit more efficient and should achieve better results. I'll be spending my own money, and if for some reason it shouldn't work, then I'm the only one who will have lost anything. But should it work, we all can learn a great deal from it and maybe someone will benefit from this.

Please fire away any ideas you may have or any info that you can share. It's greatly appreciated and once I have all the info I need to go ahead with the project, I'll be posting pics of the progress for everyone in this forum to follow and see.

Actually I'm not sure yet, that's why I'd like to ask what average water temperatures I might get. If I can figure out what average temp I might get then I can decide what wattage pelts I'll need to use in order for it to cool the water down.
But if you have a suggestion, then please go ahead, I definately like to hear it.
