Anyone have a set of rack rails for a 4100 they are willing to part with? Mine didn't come with any and I would looooove to stick this thing in my rack where it belongs. Thanks!

Can't you use a more standard rackmounting kit?
Or even a shelf...? Maybe not the latter due to airflow
