This is to the point it's almost amusing...... especially Joes self righteousness over the watercooledCPU thing, since he and Willie knew about it before the site was even up.

No matter. my attorneys already have images of my hard drives & have been gathering evidence via a monitoring service since Joe & Willie started making self righteous noises. The first legal steps have already been
taken against their criminal conspiracy to defame OCWC.

What I do or do not owe my suppliers is both NOT a matter of public record, and is not information for them to divulge. SO I won't go into what any of them owe ME

One guy actually threatened my life in writing as a direct response to one of Joes posts. He's being arrested in the morning in Indiana.

And just a question for thought. Is it illegal or unethical for P&G to sell the same mouthwash under more than 240 brand names?

My comment about you was in response to the worklog entry you posted.

an afterthought. There IS a copyright and privacy notice at the bottom of each email I send out. Each time someone cuts and pastes or forwards an email so marked it is actionable.

No I didn't know you ran watercooledcpu.com. I found out about it when
I was told about it 2 days ago. I have the ICQ logs to show that you
lied to me about it claiming a new website was being put up by a jessica
to test waterblocks... Never that you had a sex change and were jessica
or something. I know how you work as you have bragged before in ICQ
about your manipulation tactics. And that half assed attempt to keep
the world from knowing about your scam by putting a copied chunk of text
at the bottom of your email will hold no water. No emails of
copywriteable, and if any party involved (either sender or recipients)
in the email transaction feel the need to send it to a third party its
100% legal. Its only illegal if I received the email without consent of
one of sender or receiver.

Just remember its only Defamation if its not true. Its all true and you
****ing know it. I love how you seem to think that you don't need to
apologize for lie'n to the public... And P&G sell different brands of
mouth wash but on the back of the bottle it always says its owned by P&G
or a division of. they don't change their name and say they are a
Mouthwash testing lab, or that they are non biased as you claimed
WatercooledCPU was. you aren't going to get out of this lie.

So... you can see he vaugely admidts to it in kev's email but sees no reason to say sorry to the people he misled. Should I get the ICQ logs where he criticizes OCZ for doing the same?? Hmmm

I saved copies of all Chips websites a day ago

and also YES there were people who did get their stuff on time!!! I mean if there wasnt OCWC would have been down a long time ago.

Chip has not always been like this, when I first started talking with him and working with him on the DH3 project, he was pretty darn good to work with!!

with the year since then it seemed to just all go down hill. I got 10 emails a week at some times complaining about products that were ordered 7 months ago and that still arent deivered. I forwarded as many of these as I could to chip.

And Yes once people made a big stink or threats of going to the Att. Gen of Ohio, or posting it on forums, Chip came though and either refunded the money or sent the products. He didnt walk away with peoples money all the time, and I dont think that was his intention.

The main issue here is the fact he setup a website to review blocks and claimed a non bias when he was secretly just trying to make his products look better than the rest. I talked to 2coolCPU and he said he never recieved his products back form "jessica" like "she" promised him....

I WILL LET THIS ALL DIE if chip himself SIMPLY SAYS HES SORRY to the people he misled!!! THATS ALL I WANT.

OK for those who missed it here are some comments from the watercooledcpu.com website:

This is all about that segment above... I am not saying that he screwed everyone ever, I am saying that he misled and lied to people using the false name, false website, and false info. And he did NOT treat all companies baddly, I did have 2 come back and say Chip was a pleasure to do business with. With all that said it does not offset the staggering numbers of people and companies that did NOT have the same success.

and as for the P&G meantion chip made earlier, There is are laws that prohibit false advertising, or intentionally misleading ad's.

i've never seen anything like this before. Chip thinks that you guys are trying to put him out of business. He's forgeting the the 1st amendment of the constitution, freedom of speech. We can bad mouth his company all we want, can he do anything ? HELL NO !! To top it all off, chip is blowing smoke up our asses, i bet he doesn't even have an attourney or anything. He knows good and well what he's done. On ProChat, someone pointed out the Jessica Treckle from watercooledcpu.com, was a fake name, and "treckle," was "eckert" backwards with an added "L". Sometimes chip did send people their stuff, and others he just screwed over for their money. Opening a "company" to test his products and make them look good is simply un-ethical. I think he should be brought to justice for what he's done

man... this post is crazy... im not sure what i think here... i KNOW something is up and i dont doubt what happened... my personal experience with chip was great, i made a $100 order a few weeks ago and got it with very little delay (he was out for about 3 days because he said his mobo died)

it would be great if chip made a public statement about all of this on his webpage or something... it would be nice to see his side of this whole thing DIRECTLY FROM HIM. that way there is no room for misinterpretation.

i really hope everyone gets this resolved because it is terrible to see this happen to a hobby scene where there are very few suppliers, thus making it easy for one vendor to take advantage of its own people.

I for one am someone who got burned by Chip. Although I do think its time to chill out and let the behind the scenes stuff take place. Don't get me wrong, i'm all for him getting screwed if its possible, but I think we just need to move on.

Collect information, handle it properlly, and let the ones who got ripped off follow through. All we can do is make people aware like we did with OCZ. Just stay away.

P.S. Hope chip takes it in the ass if he really did cheat companies out of money and otehr customers.

Ok instead of ranting and posting my e-mail messages with Chip, I am going to try and do the mature thing and move on....

I guess my only recourse is to write off the purchase as thieft and file it as such on my income tax return. My dealings with OCWC has left a distinct taste in my mouth, but I am willing to wait until Feb 9 as I had stated in my final message to OCWC before taking action of any kind. I told Chip I would wait until Feb. 9 for a response and I will remain true to my word.

Even though I still have a bad taste in my mouth, I find myself wanting to complete my case project. (I simply refuse to let this deter me after all the effort and money I have already put into this). Therefore, in the likely event I never again hear from Mr. Eckert, I am seeking an alternative source of HWLabs BI2 and BIX. HWLabs lists CaseEtc as a US source, but they do not seem to have anything other than the BI Prime. Can anyone HONESTLY point me to a RELIABLE source in the US for HWLabs products?

PS. As for the legality of posting photos of individuals, The Internet is no different from any other information media. The laws may vary from state-state and country-country. Where I live you do not need the expressed permission of an individual to post a photograph, as long as it is in a public setting. However, the above photo appears to be in a private setting (such as a photography studio), and as such unless he personally posted that photo to a public site, then certain complicated issues could arrise. If it were me, I would remove/edit the linkage out, to err the side of causion.

That's the same photo he uses in ICQ, so it's already publicly available to everyone... I don't think it's a big deal... but I'm not an attorney, so I might be wrong though...
