messed up 4200! damm

Ok!

i played with ssh too much.

a question? where is unix on the 4200? on the disk or in some static memory?

basically i did this

hdparm -d 1 -A 1 -m 16 -u 1 -a 2048 -X udma5 /dev/hda (too all the disks)

dont ask why.. i was bored.

but it locked up, then on reboot i can get recovery, but as soon as i press upload 2 seconds later it locks, no ping reply..

grrrr

fixed it!

god enough messing around.

what i did...

tried many diff drive arrangements.. nothing seemed to work.

finally, removed all but one single drive, once on the recovery console.

went to /debug.html

#ls

saw a few pages there not documented.

ran the restore one.

rebooted.

reflashed

done..

strange
