The bad thing about those cases is that the internal design sucks, you can fill a addtronics midtower to the limit, then move all the stuff to one of these cases and it's more cramped then in the addtronics case... Atleast thats what I think...

Pic below, reason, extreme bragging

Default <opinion only> Ugly and overpriced.

No thanks, I'll stick with my PC7x Lian Li cases and PPC&C ps units. Quite a bit more room (for HDs, cooling rigs, etc.) and a much better ps unit.

Keep in mind, the smaller the case, the harder it is to build water in it... In other words, the smaller the case, the bigger the challenge...

Which was part of my point The comments in the body of my post were about my choice of the PC7x series of cases and PPC&C ps units

Go look at the size of the Lian Li PC7x units here. Someone (forget who) posted pics of theirs somewhere in this forum as well (we were talking about pump placement at the time). Inside there is more room (useful room too) than either of the first 2 mentioned in this thread.

that enermax case isn't cramped, I've compared it to a pc70 in person, and it is a much roomier case.

As for psu's, who ever said I was buying an enermax pos, I'm pcp&c, cwt or antec all the way

servercase.com has some better ones, but they are probably a bit too big for a lan party

Notice I said the first two cases in the thread. Your's was the 3rd Brad

Curious though having not seen that particular Enermax case in person, you sure it was a PC70 or 71, not a PC65 or other PC6x series case? (the PC7x series are full tower height and take Extended ATX MBs. Only down side is the mb tray isn't a slide out)

Cypher - don't start with server cases, I'll have to pull out the my big one

yeah, I'm at a computer shop, we are targetted at business users, we sell a lot of full sized cases, my fav is that enermax case, it is just awesome. the supermicro sc760 is nice too, but doesn't have many bays.

the Lian Li PC-78 is nice too, but is $$$$$$$$$$$

pcp&c is the best bar none. www.pcpowerandcooling.com
cwt are normally cheap, and very good quality, I'd rate them above antec www.cwt.com.tw (I think thats their site)

I have a PC-70 currently; it is a great case. When people are talking about room, they usually talk about drive bays and expansion. The winning feature if this case isn't its raw bay capacity but its depth (front to back). It is a lot deeper than most of the cases I have used (full or mid), and I love that. It really lets you keep your wiring neat and gives you room for pumps and such without having to pull bays.

Having said that, it isn't much of a challenge to watercool in it, and every PC-70 user gets compared to Turbokeu. Since he did such a tremendous job on his case that is no fun. I am selling my PC-70 next week and getting a PC-50 (the new mini/mid) and gonna give it the works when it gets here.

Swankness, that is one thing everyone is forgetting...how swank of a case is it. I think that enermax, while a unique design, would be hella swank when decked out well. I also thing the PC7x is about as swank as they come..well hell all Lian Li, Enermax, Chilli and ATC aluminum cases are swank as Hefner at a pajama party.

Do you know who Hugh Hefner is? He defines swank in every aspect of his lifestyle.
